Walk the floor

How a floor of ours is actually set up

Drag to turn the room. The numbered points are the parts people ask about before they sign — reception, the desks, the cabins, the meeting room, the cameras and the network.

1 Your address, staffed by people

Post, couriers and walk-in visitors are received by our staff during office hours, logged the same day and notified to you. Nobody signs for your company mail except a person who works here.

2 Hot desks and fixed desks

Sit anywhere on the open floor, or keep the same desk with a locker under it. Both are billed monthly on one invoice, and both include the meeting-room credit shown on the pricing page.

3 A lockable room that is yours

Cabins seat two to twelve. Your own key, your own furniture layout if you want one, and the same managed services as the open floor. Available on a monthly agreement with fifteen days notice.

4 Bookable by the hour

Screen, whiteboard and a door that closes. Book from your account in fifteen-minute steps; your plan credit is used first and anything beyond it appears on the next invoice at the published rate.

Hourly rates
5 Cameras on every desk aisle

The floor is covered by cameras on the aisles and at every entrance, recorded and retained. Footage is released only to the person who holds the agreement for that space, or to the police on a written request.

6 You know who came and when

Access is logged at the door. Account holders can have an email or SMS each time someone on their team enters or leaves — useful when you are billing clients for hours, and useful when you are not in the building.

7 Leased line, not a broadband box

The floor runs on a business connection with a backup path, its own rack and switching we manage ourselves. Speeds and the uptime we hold ourselves to are published on this page rather than promised in a meeting.

A drawing, not a photograph — layouts differ by centre. Ask us for the plan of the floor you are considering and we will send the real one.

How it works

From browsing to keys in four steps

No site visit is required to get a price, and no price is quoted on request. If you would rather see the floor first, ask for a callback and we will arrange it — but you can do the whole thing from this page if you prefer.

01

Create your account

Register with your email and confirm the code we send you. Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in work too. Nothing is charged at this point, and you can browse the full price list signed in or out.

02

Pick location and service

Choose your centre, then the product and billing cycle that fits. Each plan lists what is included, what is not, and what the extras cost, so the invoice holds no surprises.

03

Pay securely online

Card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, or a bank transfer against the details on your invoice. A GST invoice is generated and emailed the moment the payment lands.

04

Move in and manage

Your service appears in your account with its next due date. Renewal invoices arrive fifteen days early, and the helpdesk reaches the team that runs your centre rather than a call queue.

Before you commit

The questions people actually ask us

Registering your company at an address you do not own is a real decision, and most of the doubt is about what happens after the invoice is paid. Here is how each part works.

Will the GST officer accept this address?

You get the documents the department expects: a signed rent or service agreement, a No Objection Certificate from the property owner, and a utility bill in the owner's name. We keep copies against your account, so a re-verification two years from now does not turn into a hunt through your email.

We help you assemble the paperwork. Whether a particular registration is granted is the department's decision, not ours, and no provider can promise otherwise.

Who is actually there when someone visits?

Staffed reception during working hours at every centre. A visitor asking for your company is met by a person who knows the name, not a locked door and a list of tenants. Inspections and courier deliveries are handled the same way.

What happens to my post?

Logged on arrival, scanned the same working day, and held or forwarded to wherever you tell us. Every item has a record with a date, so "we never received it" is a question with an answer rather than an argument.

Who can get to my desk?

Access is by card, and every entry and exit is recorded. CCTV covers the common areas and the desk floors. You can ask for a movement report for your own team at any time — it is your data, not something we hold over you.

Is my paperwork safe?

Documents sit against your account in the portal, not in a shared inbox. Downloads are logged. When you leave, you take everything with you and we delete our copies on request, subject to what tax law requires us to keep.

What if I need my accountant involved?

Give your CA their own read-only login. They see the invoices, the GST breakdown and the agreements without you forwarding anything, and without getting access to the rest of your account.

Connectivity

A leased line, not a broadband connection with a good month

Every centre runs on a dedicated leased line from Joy Services, with a second circuit from a different provider that takes over automatically if the first one drops. The bandwidth is contended with nobody: what you see is what you get at four in the afternoon as much as at nine in the morning.

Wired ports at every desk for the people who still prefer them, WPA3 wireless across the floors, and a separate guest network that cannot see your machines. If you need a static IP or a site-to-site tunnel back to your own office, ask — it is a configuration, not a project.

Beyond the desk

The rest of what a small company needs

Most of our members are three to twenty people with no back office. These are the things they would otherwise be stitching together from four suppliers.

Reception and support staff

A person on the desk through working hours, handling visitors, couriers and the phone. Included with every plan.

Included

Document management

Agreements, NOCs, utility bills and invoices held against your account, versioned, and downloadable by you or your CA.

Included

GST registration paperwork

The address proof set the department asks for, prepared and signed. We help you file; the decision remains the department's.

Included

Support for your CA

A read-only login for your accountant. Invoices, GST splits and agreements, without them needing the run of your account.

Included

CCTV and access records

Cameras on the floors and common areas, card access on the doors, and an entry and exit log you can pull for your own team.

Included

Entry and exit notifications

An alert when your team badges in or out, and when a visitor arrives asking for you. Switch it on per person.

Included

Management panel

Your services, invoices, ledger, documents and team in one place, with lighting, air conditioning and energy use per floor shown against the bill.

Included

Call handling in your name

Calls answered as your company, qualified, and passed on with a written summary. An assisted tier handles routine first contact and hands anything real to a person.

Add-on

Email campaigns from your domain

Bulk email sent from your own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so it arrives in an inbox rather than a spam folder.

Add-on

Branding and print

Logo, letterhead, business cards and signage for your reception panel, produced once and reused across everything we print for you.

Add-on

Digital advertising

Search and social campaigns run against a monthly budget you set, reported with the spend and the leads side by side.

Add-on

Customer-facing support

Your end customers' calls and emails handled under your name, with everything logged where you can read it.

Add-on

Add-ons are quoted separately and appear as their own line on your invoice. Nothing is switched on without you asking for it.

The floor

How the seating works

A typical floor. Desks are set 1.6 metres apart with acoustic screens between facing pairs, cabins run along the quiet side, and the pantry sits away from the desks so the coffee machine is not behind somebody's head during a call.

Isometric plan of a typical Be Virtual floor Twelve dedicated desks in screened pairs down the centre, four private cabins along the left edge, two meeting rooms at the top, and a lounge and pantry at the bottom right, away from the desks.
  • Dedicated desks 1.6 m apart, screened
  • Private cabins Lockable, 2 to 8 people
  • Meeting rooms Bookable by the hour
  • Lounge and pantry Unlimited coffee
  • Staffed reception A person, through working hours

A representative layout. Each centre differs — ask for the plan of the one you are considering, and we will send the real thing with the desk numbers on it.

Before you ask

Questions we get every week

If yours is not here, the helpdesk answers in writing and the answer stays on your account.

Ask us something else
Can I register my company at this address?

Yes. A virtual office plan includes the documents a registrar and a GST officer ask for: a signed no-objection certificate, a rent agreement in your company name, and a recent utility bill for the premises. We issue them after the first invoice is paid and the KYC is complete.

What happens to post that arrives for me?

It is received at reception, logged the day it arrives and notified to you. You can collect it, have it held, or have it forwarded. Nothing is opened unless you have asked us in writing to scan it.

How long am I tied in for?

Plans run month to month unless you have chosen a longer term for a lower rate. We give fifteen days notice before a renewal invoice is raised, so a renewal never arrives as a surprise, and you can cancel from your account before it does.

Is the price on the site the price I pay?

Yes, plus GST at the rate that applies to your state. Every price on this site is exclusive of GST and says so. There is no joining fee, no service charge added at checkout and no annual increase inside a term you have already agreed.

Who else can see my documents?

The staff who process your onboarding, and nobody else. Documents are held against your account, not in a shared folder, and are handed to a third party only where the law requires it. You can ask us what we hold at any time.

What if I need to move to a bigger space?

Move up at any renewal and only the difference is charged. Everything you already have — the address, the invoices, the meeting-room history, the team logins — stays on the same account, so nothing has to be set up twice.
