Cancellation Policy
Notice periods for ending a service.
Last updated 07 Sep 2026
1. How to cancel
Cancellation is requested from the service page in your account, or by raising a helpdesk ticket. A cancellation is effective only once it is confirmed in writing in your account; a verbal request to on-site staff is not sufficient.
2. Notice periods
- Virtual office — 30 days' notice before the next renewal date.
- Coworking, hot desk and dedicated desk — 30 days' notice before the next renewal date.
- Managed office — as stated in your agreement, normally 60 to 90 days.
- Team plans — 30 days' notice; individual members may be removed at any time.
- Meeting rooms, event spaces and day passes — governed by the Refund Policy.
3. Effect of cancellation
Automatic renewal stops immediately. The service remains available until the end of the current paid term, after which access cards are deactivated and any business address use must cease. Fees already paid for the current term are not refunded.
4. Handover
You must clear personal belongings, return access cards and keys, and vacate storage before the end date. Items left behind may be removed and stored at your cost. Any statutory address registration must be updated to a new address before the service ends; we will confirm the date from which the address may no longer be used.
5. Final settlement
A final statement is issued after the end date showing outstanding dues and deposit refund, if any. Settlement is completed once both sides confirm the statement.
6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a service for non-payment that remains uncured, for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where continued supply would be unlawful. Except in cases of serious misconduct we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
