The agreement that governs your use of Be Virtual.
Last updated 07 Sep 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, the customer portal and any workspace product supplied by Be Virtual Technologies Private Limited, trading as Be Virtual ("we", "us", "the Company"). By creating an account, booking a service or making a payment you accept these terms in full. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email address before an account becomes active. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised or is being used in breach of these terms.
3. Services and availability
Products are supplied subject to availability at the selected location. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and the confirmation is visible in your account. Where a booked resource becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected period.
4. Pricing, taxes and payment
All prices are published in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the rate prevailing on the date of invoice. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. We may revise published prices at any time; a revision does not affect the price of an already active billing term, and any change to a renewal price will be communicated on the renewal notice sent before the due date.
5. Renewals
Subscription services renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled. A renewal invoice is generated and emailed in advance of the due date in accordance with our published notice period. You may switch off automatic renewal from your account at any time before the renewal invoice is raised.
6. Late payment and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date we may issue reminders, suspend access to the affected service, and after continued non-payment terminate the service and recover any dues. Access is restored once the outstanding balance is cleared. Security deposits are not applied against overdue invoices automatically.
7. Security deposits
Where a security deposit applies it is interest-free and refundable after the service ends, subject to deduction for outstanding dues and for damage beyond fair wear and tear. Refunds are processed to the originating payment instrument or bank account after handover is complete.
8. Use of the premises
You and your guests must comply with the house rules of the location, applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Premises may not be used for any unlawful activity, for activity that causes nuisance to other occupants, or for any purpose other than the one for which the space was booked. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who breaches these rules.
9. Business address use
Where a business address is provided, it may be used only for the entity named in your account and only for the purposes permitted by your plan. You must complete our identity and business verification before the address is issued, and you must inform us of any change in the entity, its directors or its registered activity. Misrepresentation of the entity using the address is grounds for immediate termination.
10. Your property and liability
Property brought onto the premises remains your responsibility and should be insured by you. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Interruptions
We maintain building services and internet connectivity to a professional standard but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practicable. Service credits, where offered, are set out in the applicable service commitments.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the non-public information of the other received in connection with the services, and will use it only for the purpose of performing its obligations.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate a service at the end of its current term by giving notice in accordance with the plan. We may terminate immediately on written notice for material breach, for non-payment that remains uncured, or where continued supply would be unlawful.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms should be raised through the helpdesk in your account or sent to our support mailbox.
