Who we are

Be Virtual is the workspace brand of Be Virtual Technologies Private Limited. We build and operate flexible workspace infrastructure. We provide virtual offices, coworking desks, private managed offices, meeting rooms, day passes, event spaces and pooled team plans, so that a company of any size can get professional space without signing a multi-year commercial lease.

What we believe

Workspace should be bought the way software is bought: transparent pricing published up front, a self-service portal, an invoice that arrives on time and a contract you can scale up or down as the business changes. Everything we operate is built around that idea.

How we operate

Every location is run by our own on-site team rather than a subcontractor. Internet, power backup, housekeeping, security and reception are managed to a documented standard, and service issues are raised, tracked and closed through the same helpdesk you can see in your account.
