How our pricing works
No. Every price above is exclusive of GST. The applicable rate is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice, split into CGST and SGST for supplies within the state, or IGST for interstate supplies.
Add your GSTIN to your account profile and it will appear on every invoice we issue from then on, along with our GSTIN, the SAC code and the place of supply.
Where a deposit applies it is interest-free and refundable after the service ends, less any outstanding dues and the cost of damage beyond fair wear and tear. It is never applied against an overdue invoice automatically.
The price of an active term never changes. If a renewal price differs, it is stated clearly on the renewal invoice we email you 15 days before the due date, giving you time to change or cancel.
Yes. Longer billing cycles are already discounted in the table above, and team plans carry volume pricing above ten seats. For larger requirements request a callback and we will put a written proposal together.
The charges we do not make
Flexible workspace has a reputation for a headline rate and a longer list underneath it. This is the list we do not have, written down so you can hold us to it.
No joining or setup fee
The first invoice is the plan and the security deposit where one applies. Nothing is added for opening the account or issuing your documents.
No charge for basic services
Internet, power backup, housekeeping, reception, water and the pantry are in the rate. They are not metered and they are not billed separately.
No mid-term increase
The rate you agree holds for the term you agree it for. A change can only take effect at a renewal, and you see it fifteen days before it does.
No exit penalty
Give notice before the renewal invoice and the service simply ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Deposits are refunded against the final ledger.
What can appear on an invoice beyond the plan: meeting-room hours past your included credit, printing past the included pages, additional access cards, and GST. All four are published rates, and each one shows as its own line with the date it was used.
