Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not happen in our spaces and on our network.

Last updated 07 Sep 2026

1. Purpose

This policy protects other occupants, our staff, our network and our licences. It applies to you, your employees and anyone you invite onto the premises.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes another person's rights.
  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination or threatening behaviour towards any person on the premises.
  • Use of the network to attack, scan, or gain unauthorised access to any system, to distribute malware, or to send unsolicited bulk email.
  • Sharing, reselling or sub-licensing your access, address or credentials to a third party.
  • Storing or handling hazardous, flammable or illegal materials.
  • Running the premises as a retail outlet, warehouse, manufacturing unit or residence.
  • Excessive noise, obstruction of common areas, or interference with building services.
  • Smoking, alcohol or intoxicants except at a licensed event authorised by us in writing.
  • Photography or filming of other occupants without their consent.

3. Network use

The network is provided for business use. We do not monitor content, but we do monitor traffic for capacity, abuse and security, and we act on lawful requests from authorities. You must not connect devices that disrupt the network, operate open wireless access points, or attempt to bypass network controls.

4. Guests

Guests must be registered at reception and must remain in permitted areas. You are responsible for your guests' conduct and for any damage they cause.

5. Address use

A business address may be used only by the verified entity named in your account, only for the categories of use permitted by your plan, and only while the service is active. Post addressed to unregistered entities will be refused.

6. Enforcement

Breaches may result in a written warning, removal of the individual concerned, suspension of access, or termination of the service without refund, depending on severity. Unlawful conduct will be reported to the authorities.

7. Reporting

Report any breach, safety concern or misconduct to on-site staff immediately and, in writing, through the helpdesk.
